1. To Consult or Not Consult: No matter what the project is, please dedicate 1 hour consultation time, done over the phone or in person if possible. Believe it or not this is the most important part of the whole process. This consultation is all about what you need. Yes, sometimes it's as simple as saying I need a 5 page website with content and pictures. Other times, we need to understand your business, your competitors and the market to effectively produce your website needs.

 

2. Pricing: Based on the consultation, you will be emailed a proposal / agreement. At which time, if you wish to proceed simply sign and fax back. Half due at time of agreement, remainder due at time of Launch Date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

 

3. Domain and Hosting: Web SOS believes that at no point should you be held hostage with your website; thus we use a third party to host your site and domain. Hosting and Domain pricing are separate to the web development fees.

 

4. Materials: You know your business better than anyone, right? During this process you will email us your content (i.e about your company) as well as any images, videos, YouTube links, web links, or any other relevant information you want on your website.

 

5. The Layout: This your blueprint of how the website will look. We will give you several options of where to place your Headers, Logo, Menu, etc...

 

6. Programming: Set back and relax, give us a little time to develop the site and get your first draft approval.

 

7. First Draft: At this point the website will be 50% complete. Here you will be able to see your website progress and indicate any changes you would like to see done. Once you submit your changes, we will complete the site as agreed upon.




8. Final Draft: 100% complete, at this point we have completed the website and we are ready to launch. However, before we can launch we need to do a page by page review. Here we look for any errors, missing items, or the last minute add on. Upon your approval, we launch the final draft of your new website.

 

9. Final Payment Due: We process your final payment and release all master passwords to you.

 

10. Training: If your agreement comes with a 3 hour training process; we coordinate a date and time to train you or a staff member on all basic functions. Some of the functions include, how to access the back-end, how to make simple changes, if an e-commerce how to manage your shopping cart, etc...
